Ariél M. Martinez is a queer femme writer from San Antonio, Texas. She is writing a book of criticism x memoir about Britney Spears, failure, and femininity. She holds an MFA in writing and literature from Bennington College. Ariél is the host of the queer monthly reading series PERFUME and lives in Brooklyn with her two bisexual chihuahuas.
